OnSCell Official is a retailer of mobile phones, tablets, smartwatches, and mobile accessories within Namibia.

3. Products & Availability

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, colours, and specifications are accurate.

However:

  • Product colours may vary depending on your device's display.

  • Stock availability is subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

If a purchased item becomes unavailable, we may offer:

  • A replacement product,

  • Store credit, or

  • A full refund.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Namibian Dollars (NAD) unless otherwise stated.

While every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, OnSCell Official reserves the right to correct pricing errors before processing an order.

If a pricing error affects your order, you will be contacted before the order is completed.

5. Payments

We accept approved payment methods offered by OnSCell Official.

Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

Ownership of products transfers to the customer only after full payment has been received.

6. Lay-By

Lay-By purchases are governed by the OnSCell Official Lay-By Policy.

Customers must comply with the agreed payment schedule.

Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the Lay-By in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is governed by the OnSCell Official Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed to the courier company, responsibility transfers in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranties are governed by the OnSCell Official Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Customers are encouraged to inspect products immediately upon receipt and report any issues within the applicable timeframes.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal and delivery information.

  • Inspect products upon collection or delivery.

  • Back up personal data before submitting devices for repair or inspection.

  • Use purchased products responsibly and according to manufacturer recommendations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content belonging to OnSCell Official, including:

  • Graphics

  • Marketing materials

remains the property of OnSCell Official and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

We do not sell or knowingly share customer information with third parties except where necessary to complete an order or where required by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnSCell Official shall not be liable for:

  • Courier delays or shipping damage caused by third-party carriers.

  • Manufacturer defects outside the applicable warranty.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected product.

  • Fraud or suspected fraud exists.

  • Payment cannot be verified.

  • Incorrect pricing has been displayed.

  • Stock is unavailable.

  • A customer behaves in an abusive, threatening, or unlawful manner.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Namibia.
